In stage, sometimes to build some special effect, needs to close besides searchlight’s all scene lamp. The searchlight must illuminate on the actor body. Because the searchlight is hanging high on the ceiling, when actor migration, depends upon artificially completes the searchlight direction adjustment not to be convenient, but is very convenient through the remote control adjustment, sometimes actor’s position is also fixed, this possible need many searchlight perspectives to shine a stationary position (e.g. stage central committee). If the searchlight can saves in advance these positions as well as lamp’s brightness to some channel, when need the direct accent will facilitate again many.
In view of this application, this article designed the remote control searchlight system which one kind of support channel saved to realize the above function. This system may also apply in operational sites and so on jail, each kind of work high above the ground and wilderness, sea level, does an inspection, tracing to the long-distance range, the search, to save with the work construction carries on, the multiple perspectives illumination omni-directionally.
Because the point of irradiation position does not decide, requests the searchlight to be possible up and down about 360 degree free migration, therefore this system has used two electrical machinery, a control searchlight high and low rotation, about another control searchlight rotates, sometimes in addition, two searchlights leave very much near.
When controls some searchlight, cannot affect the neighbor the searchlight, this request remote control control signal’s angle cannot be too big. On the contrary, if the angle is too small, the searchlight is also very difficult to receive the signal, will cause the control not to be very convenient, therefore the signal angle cannot be too small, on the other hand, to be advantageous for the operation, the searchlight may control the distance should as far as possible far.
In view of the above request, this article has used infrared the method which unifies with the laser communication, when transmission searchlight preelection signal uses the laser transmission, but transmits time the searchlight rotation control, the beam control and so on when orders uses the infrared transmission, (which searchlight in the scene does save and assigns out traces-like the final confirmation controls) when uses the laser transmission, thus realizes accurately, facilitates the adjustment, lamp’s beam control should use the trimming to satisfy each kind of brightness as far as possible the demand, therefore, from most shines lamp’s brightness to the extinguishment division is 256 sections.
Hardware system design
1st, gross structure
This system altogether includes 5 modules: The CPU module, the power source module, the electrical machinery module, the lamp control the module and the connection module. And, the connection module includes the infrared communication module, the laser communication module and the indicating lamp display module, overall hardware functional block diagram as shown in Figure 1.

2nd, CPU module
Is in the cost the consideration, this system’s each sub-functional module must reduce the hardware as far as possible, and uses the software to replace the hardware as far as possible, therefore this system’s infrared communication module, the laser communication module’s demodulation completely realizes by the software, this causes in CPU not to need these special-purpose modules, thus reduced the cost, electrical machinery’s actuation has not used the special-purpose actuation chip, but actuates the electrical machinery rotation by the general I/O connection through the triode.
Because has saved many special-purpose modules, therefore definitely will increase to the CPU general I/O need, this will request in CPU to have the enough general I/O connection, in addition, the system must be able to stabilize works reliably, and will have the strong antijamming ability.
Based on the above reason, this plan has chosen Holtek Corporation’s low end I/O monolithic integrated circuit HT48R50A-1, this is one section based on the RISC structure, low power, the security static state CMOS design high performance 8 monolithic integrated circuits, this monolithic integrated circuit’s working voltage when 8MHz is when 3.3V-5.5V,4MHz is 2.2V-5.5V, its power loss is low, under the 5V/4MHz condition’s typical value is 2mA, when does not use the watch-dog timer and RTC, under 3V the quiescent current is smaller than 1μA, in addition, it also has the technical grade operating temperature (- 40℃-85℃).
HT48R59A-1 component’s other characteristics also include: Has 4096×14 position program memory ROM, 160×8 bit data memory RAM, 6 levels of storehouses; Has the form read function, supports direct and the indirect two kind of addressing mode; Altogether has 63 function formidable instructions. 5th, electrical machinery module
This system has two same direct current machine module. Stops (e.g. Figure by the general I/O connection through the triode control extension 4). This system by the 220V power frequency alternating current power supply, the power source module’s function is outputs two power sources (the 5V monolithic integrated circuit power source and 12V direct current machine power source) and an interrupt source. Software design
The software divides two parts: The master routine and the interrupt routine, the master routine primary mission includes: Receives infrared, the laser signal, to carry on the demodulation, judges the order which the remote control sends is anything, and carries out this order; Controls the electrical machinery to rotate and to examine the feedback signal, locates the searchlight position accurately, saves the channel which according to the order or assigns out assigns; Extinguishes brightly according to the searchlight current state control indicating lamp. Concrete program flow chart like chart 5 (for details sees this publication website) to show, interrupt routine’s primary mission is: Controls the I/O pin to the lamp the low level to carry on the time delay, achieves the adjustment lamp brightness the goal.
The test result indicated that this system performance is stable, but completes the lamp to control, the rotation accurately, as well as some channel’s memory and assigns out and so on functions, and has the ease of operation merit, obtained many company’s approvals.
