    Abstract: Uses the surveillance and the management system management system in the dormitory or in the market access may carry on security and the information cue use. Based on AT89S51 monolithic integrated circuit’s control system including four parts: Data acquisition, control system, clock circuit, pronunciation sound recording electric circuit and newspaper sound prompting message electric circuit. This system uses the monolithic integrated circuit to carry on the control, the structure is simple, but may also carry on many kinds of functions the expansions, like realizes many machine communications, carries on the monitoring and the management to a bigger situation and so on.

    This system take at89S51 monolithic integrated circuit as a core, take the wireless pyroelectric human body infrared probe head signal as the interrupt request signal, take the current time as the standard, realizes the control newspaper sound goal through the software programming. This system’s place of innovation is on the system hardware electric circuit is quite simple, uses the part to be few, the electric circuit has the usability, the performance-to-price ratio is high, may facilitate the installment to monitor and manage the place in each kind.
